Prajitura Figaro


INGREDIENTE:


  • 6 oua
  • 500g zahar
  • 300g faina
  • 200g
  • margarina sau unt
  • coaja de lamaie
  • 1plic zahar vanilat
  • 1/2 borcan de gem (ar fi de preferat sa fie de caise)
  • nuci taiate marunt sau macinate


MOD DE PREPARARE:



  1. Se freaca margarina cu 250g zahar.
  2. Se adauga 2 oua intregi, 4 galbenusuri si zaharul vanilat.
  3. Se amesteca bine si se rade coaja de la o lamaie.
  4. Se incorporeaza faina si se pune la cuptor in tava de la aragaz.
  5. Se tine in cuptor in jur de 30 de minute la o temperatura de 180 grade.
  6. Intre timp se bat albusurile cu 250g zahar pana se face bezeaua.
  7. Dupa 30 de minute scoatem tava si intindem un strat subtire de gem(eu nu am avut si am pus dulceata de mere si de gutui) si bezeaua.
  8. Bagam tava la cuptor pentru 10 minute la aceeasi temperatura  dupa care inchidem focul la cuptor, presaram nuca si mai lasam inca 10 minute.

INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
500g sugar
300g flour
200g
margarine or butter
lemon
1tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/2 jar of jam (preferably apricot jam)
chopped walnuts or ground walnuts


PREPARATION:
1. Mix the margarine and 250g sugar.
2. Add 2 whole eggs, 4 egg yolks and the vanilla sugar.
3. Mix well, grate  the peel off of one lemon in the cake mixture.
4. Add the flour in the mix and put the mixture in the tray.
5. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, at a temperature of 180 degrees.
6. Meanwhile beat the egg whites with 250g sugar until the meringue is fluffy.
7. After 30 minutes remove the tray and spread a thin layer of jam (I didn't have any and I used ​​apple and quince jam) and the uncooked meringue on top of the jam.
8. Place the tray back in the oven for 10 minutes at the same temperature and then turn off the heat, sprinkle nuts and leave in the hot oven for another 10 minutes.
